Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

All orders are shipped with DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Europe: 2–3 business days
International: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees applied by their country.

GUAGUA is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
