Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact. Items must also be returned in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, swim bottoms and one-piece swimsuits cannot be returned or exchanged.
Swim tops may be returned if they meet the conditions above.
International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hola@weareguagua.com before sending your item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Please note that we cannot guarantee responsibility for items lost during return shipping.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
